Travel agents can now book coach breaks for clients to see Cirque du Soleil’s classic show Alegria, which will have a limited run at London’s Royal Albert Hall early next year.
New two-day trips are available through all three of the group’s brands – Just Go Holidays, National Holidays and Omega Breaks.
The show celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2024 and has been reimagined for the latest run, with its mix of aerial ballet, trapeze performances and circus artistry.
Claire Dutton, trade sales manager at the JG Travel Group, said: “Our Cirque du Soleil breaks are always so popular with customers of all ages.
“I saw this show when it last came to the UK, and it is really incredible. I think it will be even more amazing now that it has been reimagined for the audiences of today.
“Agents should start promoting this now as it is a perfect Christmas gift or even an early Valentine’s treat for a loved one.”
Prices start from £189 for a two-day coach break departing February 9, 2024, based on two sharing.
The price includes return coach travel from selected pick-up points, one night’s bed-and-breakfast accommodation, a ticket to the show, plus free time in London for shopping and sightseeing.
Other recent additions to the group’s portfolio include a new two-day festive steam train break on the Severn Valley Railway, on sale with Just Go Holidays and National Holidays.
Called Christmas Carols on the Severn Valley Steam Railway, the holiday costs from £179, departing December 7.
Meanwhile, Just Go Holidays has added coach breaks to see Mamma Mia! The Party in London to its theatre and event programme in the capital.
Five departure dates are now on sale in November and December to this popular theatrical dining experience, with prices from £269 for a two-day break.
