Jet2.com and Jet2holidays unveil record winter-sun programme

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have unveiled their biggest ever winter-sun programme, with flights and packages on sale for winter 2025-26 from all 12 of their UK airport bases.

The launch includes a ‘significant’ expansion for the Morocco programme and the first winter-sun offerings from the new base at Bournemouth airport.

Fourteen destinations are on sale, representing more than 4.2 million seats and a capacity increase of more than 5% when compared to winter 2024-25.

As well as Bournemouth, the flights and holidays are available from Belfast International, Birmingham, Bristol, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool John Lennon, Manchester, Newcastle International and Stansted airports.

Morocco is Jet2.com and Jet2holidays’ newest destination, with flights and holidays launching in October 2024.

For winter 2025-26 a new route has been added from Newcastle to Marrakech and additional services have been put on sale to Agadir from Bristol, Glasgow and Leeds Bradford airports.

In addition to the new Marrakech route, the programme includes a new winter route from Belfast to Palma.

Other popular destinations to go on sale are the Canary Islands, mainland Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Malta and Cyprus. In total, the brands will operate almost 150 winter-sun routes for winter 2025-26.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are the first airline and major tour operator to put winter 2025-26 departures on sale.

Steve Heapy, chief executive of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: “By launching our winter-sun programme nice and early for 2025-26, we are giving holidaymakers the chance to book ahead and lock in their getaway, while spreading the cost.

“With more people than ever wanting to swap the cold and rain of the UK in winter for some sunshine, we are expecting this new programme to sell quickly with customers and independent travel agents.

“We are confident that our winter-sun 2025-26 programme will be a fantastic hit with sunseekers, holidaymakers and golfers, and we cannot wait to unveil more details of our winter programme for 2025-26 very soon.”
