Incheon hosting ACI Customer Experience Global Summit

The ACI Customer Experience Global Summit, the airport industry’s annual event dedicated to enhancing the customer and employee experience, got underway in Incheon, South Korea, today.

As usual for an event in South Korea, the numbers are good, with more than 500 international delegates, including government officials, airport and aviation executives, and customer experience experts, expected to be in attendance over the next few days.

With total global passenger traffic surpassing 6.6 billion in 2022 and set to reach 19.3 billion passengers by 2041, the Global Summit marks an unprecedented relevancy for airports and the wider travel and tourism industry.
