EasyJet holidays reveals second annual ‘best places to work’ accolade

EasyJet holidays has hailed its inclusion as one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the second year running.

The budget airline’s in-house tour operation has been ratedas one of the top 10 most loved big companies. 

The company was given recognition for the employee experience it provides via a companywide survey.

New performance shares, a weekly peer-to-peer thank you scheme and a fortnightly ‘permission to pause’, which allows employees to step away from work for two hours and do something for their wellbeing, were highlighted among factors contributing to the award win.

The operator, launched in late 2019 with a team of 50 ahead of the pandemic, now employs more than 300 people and expects customer growth of 34% this year and increased market share from 5% to 7%.
