Cruise Croatia has reported is “best-ever” sailing season, carrying more than 4,000 passengers between May and October.
The small-ship cruise operator said it has seen a 33% increase in passengers compared to the same period in 2022, operating 107 departures across eight itineraries with a 99.7% occupancy rate.
Agent bookings “hit an all-time high” this year following the introduction of a dedicated trade team, the line added.
Cruise Croatia is increasing its programme by a further 35% in 2024, running 144 departures across 10 itineraries.
Chief commercial officer Graham Carter said: “The success of our 2023 season is a tribute to the hard work of our head office staff and onboard teams.
“Their ability to increase operations by over 30% while still maintaining the highest level of customer service is a great achievement.
“We’d particularly like to thank the trade for all their support in helping us meet this demand and deliver to such a high standard.”
