Blue Diamond Resorts offers ‘lunch and learn’ sessions

Blue Diamond Resorts is offering to run dedicated ‘lunch and learn’ training sessions this summer at travel agents’ offices.

The small group sessions aim to provide product updates and key selling tips as well as current offers, discounts and incentives from across the group’s portfolio of brands.

The aim is to help agents confidently sell Blue Diamond and its brand portfolio, which include Royalton Resorts and Planet Hollywood Hotels & Resorts.

The 30 minute, face-to-face sessions have been designed for small groups of agents to run in lunch breaks or afternoon breaks in agents’ branches during the quieter months of July or August, depending on when agents would like training. The company is also offering online sessions for remote workers.

Agents need to contact business development manager Luke Swarbrook to set up a session at their place of work or remotely and attendees will receive insight and tips on how to sell the properties to specific target audiences and ‘scene setting’ destination information.

Swarbrook said the sessions would offer advice for new agents and recent updates for experienced agents.

He said: “These small group sessions are personalised and a fantastic way for agents to gain a better understanding of Blue Diamond Resorts and its key brands.

“We’ll work to centre the sessions around key selling tips to ensure agents are successful in making bookings.”
